Working with film means we're editing with silver and light, not computer pixels.  We have to know how each film, developer, paper and process brings out the best in each other and the subject. 

Perhaps most critically, with film and darkroom prints, you aren't reliant on keeping pace with technology to retain your most important moments.

Digital has it's place.  Analog warms the heart.
