Pedestrian life is a slow one, much like the analog one. What you gain in place of speed, is a more varied choice of pathways.
While I'm a people watcher, trees and interesting shadow play more often find their way into the lens. Trees being a favorite subject. Their personalities are as diverse as any group of people.
Getting to walk back alleys that are too narrow for cars, or less traveled pathways in public spaces, has proven to be a treasure trove of street art, aging infrastructure, gorgeous architecture, and hidden communities of some very interesting characters.
